Delivery area
We deliver within the United Kingdom.
Deliveries to other countries are only available if shown during checkout or agreed separately.
Shipping costs
We do not charge shipping costs for orders placed through our online shop.
If additional charges, taxes, customs duties or import fees apply to deliveries outside the United Kingdom, these are not charged by us and may have to be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authority or service provider.
Delivery times
The applicable delivery time is shown on the product page or during checkout.
Unless a different delivery time is stated for the relevant product, deliveries within the United Kingdom usually take 8–9 working days.
If international delivery is available, deliveries outside the United Kingdom usually take 10–12 working days, unless a different delivery time is shown during checkout.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Personalised products
For personalised products, production is based on the information, text, names, images or other content provided by the customer.
If a proof, preview or approval draft is required for a personalised product, we usually provide it within 1 working day after the order has been placed.
Where approval is required, production and delivery will only begin after the customer has approved the proof, preview or draft. After approval, delivery usually takes 8–9 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated for the relevant product.
Delays in approving a proof, preview or draft may delay production and delivery.
Orders containing several items
If an order contains several items with different delivery times, we will usually ship the order in one delivery unless otherwise agreed.
In that case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout. They may include:

PayPal Checkout
If you select a payment method offered through PayPal Checkout, the payment will be processed by PayPal or by a payment service integrated by PayPal.

Klarna payments
If you select a Klarna payment method, the payment will be processed by Klarna.
Some Klarna payment methods, such as invoice, direct debit or pay later options, may be subject to checks by Klarna.
Credit card payments
If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged when the order is placed or in accordance with the terms of the relevant payment provider.
